Who we are
A general consulting firm, built in Hargeisa for the institutions of Somaliland.
Established in 2018 and incorporated in 2020, SCF exists to raise the quality of research and policy, education, business development, digital transformation, energy, environment and logistics services.
The firm is owned by qualified experts and entrepreneurs, and draws on more than 20 local and international consultants with experience in global practice. Our work centres on one idea: lasting improvement in how organisations are managed, governed and serve people.
